We measure total square footage, identifying non-cleanable areas. Note floor types, restroom counts, and areas requiring special care (e.g., medical, industrial).
Determine Scope
We discuss client expectations and required services (e.g., daily, weekly).
Identify Logistics
We check for supply storage, water access, and security requirements.
Step 2:
Calculate Costs and Generate Quote
Labor Calculation
We estimate total hours needed for the job and multiply by hourly wages, including payroll taxes and benefits.
Supply/Overhead Costs
We include costs for chemicals, equipment, and cleaning products.
Deliver Quote
We present a professional, written quote that outlines the scope of work, frequency, and total price.

Finalize Contract of Service
Draft the Contract
This includes a detailed, written scope of work (checklist) to avoid confusion.
Define Terms
We specify payment terms, insurance, liability, and cancellation policies.
Sign and Onboard
We secure signatures from both parties to formalize the agreement and begin scheduling.
